My Approach
- Our first appointment will last 1..5 - 2 hours. We'll take a few minutes to get to know each other, establishing the foundation of our therapeutic approach and to set boundaries. I'll use our time together to learn more about you, your background, your current concerns and your goals for therapy.
- I'll ask questions and use my assessment skills and tools to better understand your concerns.
- Together we will set goals for treatment based on your needs and your perspective.

- The next step of your healing journey involves the collaborative development of a tailored treatment plan based on my assessment, as well as your needs and preferences.
- Your involvement in the planning process is essential to ensure the treatment plan aligns with your goals and expectations.
- Together we will choose the most appropriate thereapeutic techniques, establish a schedule for sessins and discuss the expected duration for therapy.
- Let's get to work! You and I will work together implementing the interventions we've chosen to achieve the goals outlined in your treatment plan.
- I will use various therapeutic techniques to address your concerns and equip you with the tools you will need to successfully manage your issues.
- Together we will explore your emotions through processes and behavioural patterns to gain insight and ignite change.
- During each session we will review your progress and adjust your goals and plan of action as needed.

- Following our active therapy sessions, we will review and discuss the progress you have made towards your goals and address any remaining concerns.
- We will take another look at the tools and strategies you have learned to help you maintain your progress and cope with future challenges.
- We will discuss any feelings or concerns you may still have and I will provide you with referrals and other resources you may need for ongoing or future support.
